1. SITE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to ZumboKart. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.zumbokart.com, its subdirectories (e.g., /in/, /us/) and the purchase of goods and services (“Products/Services”) offered by VN Innovations Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By registering, browsing or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

• Prices shown are inclusive of all taxes.
• Orders may be verified or cancelled if suspected fraudulent.
• All disputes subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction.
• You agree to indemnify the company for any misuse or breach.

2. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

  1. Return Period & Eligibility:
    – Returns for ‘change of mind’ items within 15 days; product must be unused and in original packaging.
    – Defective/damaged products eligible for replacement/refund within 30 days.

    2. Non-returnable items:
       – Perishables, customised goods, opened consumables, or sealed software.

    3. Return Process:
       – Login → My Orders → Request Return → Receive RA Number → Ship back within 7 days.

    4. Refund Processing:
       – Refunds initiated within 7 business days via original payment method.

    5. Exchange:
       – Possible for size/colour/variant subject to stock availability.

    6. Shipping Costs:
       – Company bears cost if item defective; customer bears cost for voluntary returns.

    7. Restocking & Fraud Prevention:
       – 10% restocking fee for partial-use or missing accessories; returns abuse may lead to suspension.

    8. Service & Installation Returns:
       – Service fees non-refundable post-delivery.

    9. Grievance Redressal:
       – Contact Grievance Officer via contact@zumbokart.com for escalation.

3. FRAUD AVOIDANCE & RISK POLICY

  1. Orders may be subject to KYC verification before delivery.
    2. Multiple suspicious returns trigger investigation and suspension.
    3. False damage or fake claim attempts result in permanent ban and legal action.
    4. Counterfeit item claims verified by logistics inspection before refund.
    5. Payment chargebacks outside company process not entertained.
    6. High-value orders (>₹50,000) require ID proof at delivery.
    7. We share fraud data with payment partners as per law.
    8. Legal action under IT Act & Consumer Protection Act may be initiated against fraudulent activities.4. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
